SPO 41MEK Submersible Probe with Automatic Cleaning
One sensor Ø12/Ø15 x 115 mm with an implemented collar for gripping and sealing (and one temperature sensor) can be installed in the probe.
A brush, rod or other cleaning element automatically cleans the active part of sensor. The probe is installed vertically or obliquely into open reservoirs, channels, and tanks. It is used slide-fixed onto the MUT 11A Clamp or on the console by the connecting rod. Length of rod is adapted according to client demand - max. 2,400 mm.
This probe is used primarily for the measuring of oxygen concentration in waste water treatment plants. Probe removes the main problem arising during oxygen measuring – the manual cleaning of the oxygen sensor. The automatic cleaning is suitable mainly in cases where oxygen sensor is covered with a slime and where the sensor have to be cleaned, in some cases, as frequently as once a day. This type of a probe thoroughly eliminates the need of such manual cleaning. The measuring is practically without the need of maintenance.
The probe is possible to conveniently utilise during the measurement of pH values and a redox potential in drinking water treatment plants and during the neutralisation of water with lime milk.
