Dissolved Oxygen Controller MFD 88 – oxygen
Up to 12 measurement channels (oxygen and temperature) simultaneously
Up to 8 output relays
RS 485 MODBUS, WIFI
The MFD 88 – oxygen controller is a twelve channel instrument, which can measure oxygen and temperature in twelve channels simultaneously. Sensors can be at different points, at a distance of up to 500 m from the controller.
All constants specific to the particular place of measurement, (e.g. calibration constants) are stored in sensors or input blocks, so it is possible change of installation place without necessity of recalibration.
Interconnection between controllers and sensor is always accomplished by ordinary non-shielded two wire cable even in case of application with automatic mechanical cleaning.
Interface of instruments comprise: Serial RS 485 Modbus (RTU + ASCII ), WIFI for easy communication with notebooks, tablets, mobiles.
The controller is provided with four analogue active current outputs. The outputs can be configured as two state also and in this mode can operate as four more relays. The total number of relays is possible increase in this way to eight.
Four programmable relay outputs can be used for signaling of exceeding of adjusted limit values or as power contacts for controlling solenoid valves, actuators or contactors in the process.
Temperature range is expanded to – 20 to 50°C
Supply voltage can be 230V, 110V 50/60Hz and 24V=
For measurement in wastewater treatment plant nitrification basins the SPO 41 submersible probe and CSOT XX sensor are used. The sensor features a special cover which optimizes water flow around the active part of sensor, essentially improves the self-cleaning effect of the flowing water and prevents dirt sedimentation on the sensory surface. As the sensor is mounted stationary on the activation tank wall, the cleaning of the sensor by flowing water is most efficient.
Another possibility is apply oxygen sensor CSOT 63 and MUT 14 holder.
The controller is manufactured in version T - for indoor installation and in version V - for outdoor installation.
